If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the terms outlined below.   1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
  • Customers may return products under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item received,Eligible for exchange or full refund
  • Defective/damaged item,Eligible for exchange or full refund
  • Change of mind,Eligible for store credit (within 7 days)

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.
  • Certain items (e.g., sale items, personalized goods) may not be eligible for returns.
  1. Return Window
  • Defective or damaged products: Must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Change of mind: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.
  • Incorrect product received: Must be reported within 7 days for an exchange.
  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or store credit purchases
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

a. Submit a Return Request

  • Email info@globaltrademart.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

b. Approval & Return Instructions

  • If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.

c. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

d.Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund or exchange status within 5-7 business days.
  1. Refunds Processing
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit (as per customer preference).
  • Refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
  1. Exchanges
  • If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will exchange it at no cost to you.
  • If an exchange is not available, a full refund will be issued.
