- Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Customers may return products under the following conditions:

a. Submit a Return Request
- Email info@globaltrademart.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
b. Approval & Return Instructions
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
c. Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
d.Inspection & Refund Processing
- Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund or exchange status within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds Processing
- Refunds are processed via the original payment method or store credit (as per customer preference).
- Refunds take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are at fault.
